Job Descriptin
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Baker to join our hospitality team in Nauru.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Manage daily baking schedules and production
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef
- Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation
- Experience in hotels, restaurants, or bakery operations preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong teamwork and time-management skills
- Willingness to relocate to Nauru
