Overview
- Operate backhoe loader for excavation and loading work
- Perform trenching, site preparation, and material handling
- Ensure safe and efficient equipment operation
- Conduct routine checks and basic machine maintenance
- Follow site safety rules and company procedures
- Coordinate with engineers and supervisors on site
- Minimum 4–6 years of operator experience required
- Valid heavy equipment license preferred
- Physically fit candidates preferred for site work
