Srijanee operates across six districts of Uttar Pradesh—Bareilly, Pilibhit, Rampur, Sitapur, Shahjahanpur, and Lakhimpur—by providing forward market linkages and quality inputs.

Role Description
The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gavà, responsible for leading overall strategy, operations, and governance of the company.
Daily responsibilities include overseeing dairy procurement and supply chain activities, ensuring fair and transparent market access for member producers, and monitoring financial performance, budgets, and cash flows.
The Owner collaborates with local teams, partner organizations, and stakeholders to strengthen producer livelihoods, expand market linkages, and improve service delivery.
This role also involves supervising capacity-building initiatives, livestock support services, and quality control processes to enhance milk productivity and product standards.
The Owner is expected to provide clear leadership, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster an inclusive, values-driven work environment aligned with the company’s mission.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills with experience overseeing operations, finance, and team development in agriculture, dairy, or related sectors.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, business development, and stakeholder management, including collaboration with producers, partners, and local institutions.
- Knowledge of dairy supply chains, quality standards, and livestock support practices, with the ability to drive productivity and sustainability initiatives.
- Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and reporting, with a track record of responsible and transparent decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with diverse communities and promote inclusive participation.
- Experience in rural development, cooperative or producer company models, or social enterprises is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gavà, travel as needed, and manage field operations in coordination with local teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Rural Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
