Back-End Estimator | No Weekends | $28–$32/hr | Kitsap County & Gig Harbor, WA Murray’s Collision Group is hiring a Back-End Estimator in the Kitsap County area, with shops at CARSTAR Port Orchard, Fix Auto Port Orchard, Fix Auto Manchester and Fix Auto Gig Harbor. This is the estimator who makes the repair plan right before the wrench turns. You’ll tear down and blueprint vehicles, build accurate supplements, and keep jobs moving through the shop without surprises. You’ll get a steady hourly paycheck, Monday through Friday hours, and no weekend shifts. • Weekends off: A full-time Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., so your evenings and weekends stay yours.

• Performing full teardowns and blueprinting vehicles to identify all damage before repairs begin
• Building complete, accurate repair plans and supplements in CCC ONE, including P-Pages and rate guides
• Researching and following OEM repair procedures and position statements
• Communicating with insurance adjusters to submit and support supplements
• Following insurance company guidelines and agreed labor rates
• Identifying and ordering correct parts, and working with the parts team to resolve parts issues quickly
• Working closely with technicians and the production manager to keep repairs on schedule
• Taking part in daily production meetings and tracking vehicle status
• Maintaining detailed notes, photos and documentation for every repair What we’re looking for
• 1+ year of experience as a collision estimator, blueprinter or insurance appraiser
• Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and how vehicles come apart and go back together
• Detail oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple repairs at once
• Comfortable with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
