We are hiring a highly experienced
Backend Developer
for a reputed client in Dubai.
This is a senior-level opportunity for professionals who have strong expertise in backend architecture, distributed systems, microservices, and modern Java technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable backend systems.
- Drive technical strategy and solution architecture across multiple projects.
- Design and develop high-performance microservices using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.
- Architect and implement event-driven systems using Kafka and asynchronous messaging patterns.
- Ensure scalability, fault tolerance, resiliency, and high availability of backend platforms.
- Define API design standards, ensuring robust, secure, and backward-compatible RESTful services.
- Mentor engineering teams and promote best development practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
- Drive code quality, security, performance optimization, and engineering excellence.
