Overview
- Building on your solid foundation in tax law, we will teach you how to develop and combine standardized and customized structuring models in corporate tax law.
- We guarantee excellent training in structuring advice and the continuous development of your consulting skills and expertise.
- Their range of activities
- Preparation, support and responsibility for projects in corporate tax law
- Focus on restructuring, corporate succession, corporate transactions and international tax law
- Preparation of short expert reports and client presentations
- Participation in client meetings and presentations
- Communication with clients via telephone, video call and in-person meetings
- Preparation and participation in client presentations
- If desired, you can also work at the interface between design consulting (80%) and ongoing tax consulting (20%) and thus become familiar with both areas.
Expertise & Experience
- They have in-depth knowledge of tax law/corporate tax law and are interested in complex structuring models.
- They enjoy tax-related issues and preparing presentations as part of a team (with other tax assistants and tax advisors).
- Thanks to your confident and professional demeanor, contact with clients is particularly important to you.
- DATEV knowledge is not mandatory. However, you should have sound knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook) and enjoy preparing tax-related documents and presentations.
