Bébélux Baby Spa & Wellness is Qatar’s first and only specialised Mom & Baby Wellness Spa.
We provide a premium and nurturing wellness environment dedicated to supporting mothers and babies through expert care, relaxation, and wellness experiences.
The Role
We are looking for a caring, professional, and experienced **FEMALE Baby Spa Therapist / Baby Wellness Assistant** to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in baby care, nursing, childcare, or wellness environments, combined with excellent communication skills and a genuine love for babies and motherhood.
You should be naturally warm, patient, gentle, and confident when working closely with both babies and mothers in a premium wellness setting.
Any additional experience in massage therapy or wellness treatments is considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and conduct baby hydrotherapy & baby massage sessions (training provided)
- Assist mothers and babies in a calm, safe, and reassuring manner
- Create a warm, welcoming, and premium client experience
- Educate and guide parents during sessions when needed
- Maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Follow Bébélux service protocols and wellness standards
- Build positive relationships with clients and encourage retention
- Support daily spa operations and teamwork
Requirements
- Background in baby care, childcare, nursing, wellness, or similar field
- Genuine love for babies and passion for motherhood wellness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm, caring, and nurturing personality
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work confidently with babies and parents
- Strong hygiene awareness and attention to detail
- Team player with positive energy
- Massage or spa experience is a bonus
- English speaking required
- Qatar-based candidates preferred

Work Details
- 6 days per week (Spa closed on Fridays)
- Working hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Location: Lusail – Marina Twin Tower A
- Local hires only (Qatar-based candidates)
- Pay: QAR3,000.00 per month
License/Certification
- Caregiver/ Massage certificate (Required)
