Job Overview
NexAura Home Health Service LLC is seeking a compassionate and experienced Baby Caregiver / Nanny to provide exceptional care for infants and toddlers in a home setting.
The ideal candidate will ensure the child’s safety, comfort, and developmental growth while maintaining a nurturing and hygienic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive daily care including feeding, bathing, dressing, and diaper changing
- Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for the child at all times
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to support early development
- Maintain cleanliness of all baby-related items such as bottles, toys, clothing, and play areas
- Follow established care routines and guidelines set by the family and company
- Monitor the child’s health and behavior, promptly reporting any concerns
- Support sleep routines and overall well-being of the child
Requirements
- Certification in Baby Care, Nursing, Midwifery, or a related field
- Proven experience in childcare, nannying, or home healthcare (preferred)
- Strong understanding of infant and toddler care, hygiene, and safety practices
- Patient, reliable, and nurturing personality
- Must be fluent in Tagalog with basic English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to family needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a home healthcare or private family setting
- Basic first aid
