Looking for BA / Scrum hybrid to support the data squad, someone who can bring structure, improve agile maturity, and step into business analysis responsibilities when needed.
This is a hands-on delivery role for someone comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping organise a less mature squad environment.
Key responsibilities
- :Support agile delivery for the data squa
- dDrive structure and improve team delivery disciplin
- eStep in as a BA where requirements are not sufficiently detailed for developer
- sWork with the Product Owner to refine requirements into development-ready input
- sBring practical agile ways of working into a lower-maturity data environmen
- tStay hands-on with day-to-day delivery rather than limiting involvement to coachin
- gCandidate profile
- :Strong Scrum Master / delivery experienc
- eComfortable flexing between Scrum Master and Business Analyst responsibilitie
- sAble to operate in teams with lower agile maturit
- yData platform exposure is ideal, but not mandator
- yStrong delivery mindset; willing to get into practical execution wor
- kOpen to varied responsibilities beyond a narrow role definitio
- nNice to have
- :Experience working with data or BI environment
- sExposure to platforms or teams working with tools such as Google Looker / broader data delivery ecosystem
