About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead and scale our retail sales operations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale retail networks, driving sell-out performance, and nurturing strategic relationships with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a nationwide retail sales team covering over 5,000 POS (Points of Sale).
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize sell-out rates and increase product velocity across channels.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts and major clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust tactics to meet aggressive revenue targets.
Collaborate closely with marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to align go-to-market plans.
Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in managing key accounts and retail chains.
Proven success in increasing sell-out rates and expanding market penetration.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
