Everly Global is seeking a highly motivated B2C Partnership Associate to drive our expansion within the UAE market.
This role is ideally suited for an individual who is deeply connected to local education communities and understands the unique needs of students, parents, tutors and schools.
If you are passionate about international mobility, student recruitment and community-driven marketing, this is an excellent opportunity to help shape students' global futures.
You will act as the local bridge to Everly Global, leading student outreach, building referral networks, and guiding interested families through the initial stages of their study abroad journey
Responsibilities
- include:
- Identifying potential student leads, parent groups, schools, tutors, and education networks in UAE
- Supporting outreach through Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and local community channels
- Introducing Everly Global’s study abroad services to students and families
- Assisting with follow-ups, basic enquiry management, and student pre-screening
- Keeping track of contacts, leads, and responses
- Sharing market feedback on student demand, destinations, and common questions
Requirements
- Fluent English and good communication skills
- Interest in study abroad, education, marketing, or student recruitment
- Comfortable with outreach, messaging, and follow-ups
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Previous experience in education, sales, tutoring, social media, or partnerships is a plus
