Position: Outdoor Sales Executive
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the expansion of our telecom services within the B2B2C market.
The successful candidate will bring proven sales experience and the ability to build strong relationships with large enterprises and government entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective sales plans to attract new customers and grow existing accounts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring long-term professional relationships.
- Analyze customer requirements and propose customized telecom solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities through ongoing research.
- Prepare and present persuasive sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
- Consistently meet or surpass assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Negotiate agreements in line with company pricing policies and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipelines using CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in outdoor sales.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, preferably with corporate or government clients.
- Valid QID with permission to work in Qatar.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Preferred age: below 40 years.
