B2B Sales & Growth Lead | Saudi Arabia
Drive revenue growth and expand strategic partnerships across corporate, retail, institutional, and e-commerce channels in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Identify, acquire, and manage new business opportunities and key accounts.
- Build partnerships with corporate clients, government entities, banks, healthcare, hospitality, education, and retail sectors.
- Manage relationships with Amazon, Noon, and other online marketplaces.
- Lead negotiations, contracts, and commercial agreements.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline through CRM.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to drive business success.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network within corporate, retail, government, or institutional sectors.
- Experience with Amazon, Noon, or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Arabic fluency required; English preferred.
