Overview

  • We are a growing professional services firm looking for a driven, results-oriented **Sales Executive** to expand our client base. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our growth, actively hunting for small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that need professional bookkeeping, accounting, and strategic cost control solutions.The ideal candidate has a proven track record in corporate (B2B) sales, understands basic financial concepts, and excels at building trust with business owners, CEOs, and CFOs.**Key Responsibilities**
  • **Lead Generation:** Actively identify and prospect potential business clients through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and field visits.
  • **Client Consultation:** Meet with business owners to understand their financial pain points (e.g., messy books, lack of expense tracking, tax compliance issues).
  • **Service Pitching:** Present and position our bookkeeping and cost-control solutions as essential tools for their business growth and efficiency.
  • **Deal Closing:** Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing structures, and close service contracts to meet monthly sales targets.
  • **Relationship Management:** Maintain strong relationships with newly acquired clients to ensure smooth onboarding and explore upsell opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or business development.

Experience

  • selling financial services, software (SaaS), or professional corporate services is highly preferred.
  • **Skills:** Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to confidently speak with high-level decision-makers.
  • **Knowledge:** Basic understanding of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and how cost control benefits a business.
  • **Traits:** Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with excellent communication skills.
  • **Mobility:** (Optional, add if applicable) Valid UAE driver's license and own vehicle preferred.
