B2B Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our premium cigar distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring our portfolio of premium cigars is represented effectively across the market. You will be the primary point of contact for high-end retailers, luxury hotels, and exclusive lounges, driving sales growth through strategic planning and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new B2B accounts within the luxury retail and hospitality sectors.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring optimal product placement and inventory turnover.
  • Educate clients on cigar provenance, flavor profiles, and proper storage requirements to enhance the end-consumer experience.
  • Gather market insights and competitor intelligence to support sales planning and strategy development.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sales. Experience in the luxury goods or tobacco industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Arabic speaking skills are considered a significant advantage given our regional market focus.
  • A valid driving license is mandatory, as this role requires frequent travel.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Resilience and the ability to thrive in a competitive, target-driven environment.
