As we expand, we are seeking an experienced **B2B Sales Director** to lead our sales team and strengthen our corporate client base.
Role Overview
We are looking for a **B2B Sales Director** to develop and execute sales strategies, manage key accounts, and lead a team of consultants in achieving ambitious growth targets.
This role requires expertise in B2B sales, leadership, and strategic planning.
You will be responsible for ensuring that SDC Hawaii LLC achieves its sales objectives while building long-term partnerships with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve performance targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Qatar and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights on competitive positioning.
- Prepare reports and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Qatari business environment and international sales practices.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Pay: Up to QAR38,000.00 per month
