Support the B2B wholesale sales team for iPhones by managing customer inquiries and coordinating orders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales executives and wholesale customers.
- Manage inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM.
- Coordinate order status and payment follow-ups with relevant teams.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
- Comfort using CRM and office software is required.
- B2B sales coordination experience is preferred.
- iPhone or mobile phone wholesale market knowledge is preferred.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 3,000 per month.
