B2B Remittance Customer Service Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused B2B Remittance Customer Service Specialist to support our business clients with cross-border payments, transaction inquiries, and account-related services. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, strong communication skills, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients regarding remittance services and transactions
- Handle inbound and outbound communications professionally and promptly
- Assist clients with payment processing, tracking, and reconciliation inquiries
- Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies, delays, or errors
- Proactively identify inactive or non-activated client accounts and guide customers through the account activation process
- Follow up with clients to ensure successful account activation and readiness for transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, compliance, finance) to ensure timely issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems
- Educate clients on company products, services, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required
- Fluency in Hindi / Tagalog/ Arabic
- Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or call center roles is an advantage
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Candidates must have valid work authorization/visa
