B2B Remittance Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused B2B Remittance Customer Service Specialist to support our business clients with cross-border payments, transaction inquiries, and account-related services. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, strong communication skills, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients regarding remittance services and transactions
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications professionally and promptly
  • Assist clients with payment processing, tracking, and reconciliation inquiries
  • Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies, delays, or errors
  • Proactively identify inactive or non-activated client accounts and guide customers through the account activation process
  • Follow up with clients to ensure successful account activation and readiness for transactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, compliance, finance) to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems
  • Educate clients on company products, services, and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required
  • Fluency in Hindi / Tagalog/ Arabic
  • Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or call center roles is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization/visa
