Job Description

Looking for a B2B Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth by promoting and selling GPS tracking solutions across Dubai and the UAE.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and providing effective tracking solutions.

This role requires strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills, along with a proactive approach to achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

Actively seek out new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Identify potential customers and present the benefits of GPS tracking solutions to them.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand their business requirements, address their concerns, and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Develop a deep understanding of the GPS tracking solutions and stay updated with the latest advancements in the industry.

Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and technical aspects of the products to clients.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and functionality of the GPS tracking solutions.

Highlight the value proposition and advantages of using the company's products.

Set ambitious sales targets and work towards achieving and exceeding them.

Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and initiatives to maximize sales opportunities and revenue growth.

Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Conduct research and analysis to identify potential areas for growth and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the company's CRM system.

Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, achievements, and challenges.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns.

Provide feedback and insights from the field to assist in refining marketing strategies.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GPS tracking technology and its applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
