Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Corporate Sales Executive to promote and sell our premium chocolate and rose products to corporate clients, government entities, private companies, and other organizations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets through proactive daily outreach and client visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients, including government entities, private companies, embassies, schools, hospitals, hotels, and other organizations.
- Conduct daily sales visits, calls, and meetings with prospective clients as assigned by management.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and business opportunities.
- Present and promote the company's range of premium chocolate and rose products for corporate gifting, events, seasonal campaigns, and bulk purchases.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and product presentations tailored to clients' needs.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and purchasing departments.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, visits, quotations, and sales activities in the company's reporting system.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of orders.
- Identify upcoming occasions and opportunities such as Ramadan, Eid, National Day, conferences, employee appreciation programs, and corporate events to maximize bulk sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide regular feedback to management.
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports detailing visits, leads generated, quotations issued, and sales closed.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in luxury retail, gifting, hospitality, FMCG, flowers, chocolates, or related industries.
- Proven track record in generating and closing bulk sales deals.
- Strong network within the corporate and government sectors in Qatar is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid Qatar driving license.
