Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Assistant Manager / Manager – Sales to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth across the Middle East region.
The role will focus on building strong relationships with enterprise leaders and positioning People Matters’ events, research, and media solutions to organizations across the GCC.

Revenue & Business Growth
- Drive regional revenue growth through sponsorships, partnerships, and enterprise solutions.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closures.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Strategic Partnerships
- Develop and strengthen relationships with CEOs, Marketing Heads and Sales Leaders across organizations in the Middle East.
- Position People Matters’ portfolio including events, research, media partnerships, and community platforms to senior stakeholders.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities aligned with clients’ marketing, branding, and business growth objectives.
- Build long-term partnerships to ensure account expansion and sustained revenue growth.
Market Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across GCC markets including UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
- Develop regional sales strategies aligned with People Matters’ expansion plans.
- Track industry trends and competitor activities to refine the sales strategy.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, content, and event teams to create impactful partnership proposals.
- Ensure strong collaboration internally to deliver successful partner experiences and event outcomes.
Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline management and forecasting through CRM tools.
- Provide regular sales updates and insights to leadership on regional performance.

& Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development.
- Experience selling event sponsorships, media solutions, marketing partnerships, or research solutions preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Middle East enterprise ecosystem.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior business leaders.
- Experience working with regional or international clients is an advantage.
