Position details

Service and operations

• Inspect staff grooming and attire; communicate with guests, employees, and departments to meet guest needs and promote teamwork.
• Monitor dining room seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being; communicate last call at the designated closing time.
• Complete maintenance work orders and scheduled inventories; check stock and requisition supplies.
• Manage the assigned cash bank, verify contracted funds, obtain necessary change, and keep the bank secure.

Team and guest experience

• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Build positive working relationships and support the team in reaching common goals.
• Welcome guests, anticipate and address service needs, answer telephones using appropriate etiquette, and uphold quality standards.

Preferred qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of related work experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Work expectations

• Follow company, safety, and security policies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete safety training.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality, protect company assets, and communicate professionally.
• Role involves extended standing, sitting, or walking; moving through confined or elevated spaces and stairs; and lifting or moving objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
