B-Claims Operations Sr. Associate I

Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Process claims and transactions accurately while maintaining industry-leading quality standards.
• Meet performance indicators including Release Rate, Claims per Hour, and Handle Time.
• Answer representative questions and support seamless day-to-day operations.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and strengthen service delivery.

Coaching and Improvement

• Mentor nesting agents, conduct refresher training sessions, facilitate roundtable discussions, and provide real-time guidance.
• Contribute to special projects, process enhancements, and operational initiatives that support business goals.

Experience and Education

• The role requires 5 to 6 years of operations experience.
• Claims operations experience is preferred.
• Experience with escalations, coaching or supporting team members, and performance metrics is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree is required.

Required Skills

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are required.
• Candidates should be able to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment, analyze and resolve operational issues, and support teammate development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook is required.
