- Administer, maintain, and support cloud-hosted virtual servers, platform resources, and Azure DevOps services.
- Cost, plan, coordinate, and execute cloud resource provisioning through Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Implement, configure, and manage high-availability and disaster recovery solutions utilizing Azure Site Recovery (ASR), Azure Backup, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Monitor and maintain infrastructure health, performance, and availability using Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, and alerting solutions.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions for infrastructure deployment using Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for both existing and new resources.
- Conduct capacity planning, performance analysis, resource optimization, and cost management activities for Azure-hosted workloads using FinOps tools.
- Collaborate with application, database, networking, and DevOps teams to support deployments, migrations, upgrades, and ongoing operational activities.
- Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), operational runbooks, and infrastructure architecture diagrams.
- Manage and support customer Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) initiatives and key projects.
