Role Summary
As the Azure/MS Copilot & Multi-Agent Engineer, you will architect, design, and implement enterprise conversational orchestration and multi-agent workflows.
You will lead the setup of Microsoft Copilot Studio, define agent hand-off protocols, and ensure that AI outputs rigorously adhere to enterprise business rules and scoring matrices without bypassing human oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy multi-agent orchestrations using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
- Configure specialized Copilot agents for submission intake, research, evaluation, scoring, explainability, and continuous learning.
- Establish strict prompt engineering guardrails and reasoning loops for multi-parameter scoring systems.
- Implement human-in-the-loop review triggers and confidence score thresholds.
- Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to map existing business qualification rules into agent logic.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise software architecture, with at least 3+ years focused on Conversational AI, GenAI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI Service, and Prompt Flow.
- Deep understanding of multi-agent orchestration frameworks (Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or LangChain).
- Strong knowledge of enterprise security standards, Microsoft Entra ID, and Purview data governance.
- Excellent client-facing communication and consulting delivery track record.
