Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Workday and HR technology ecosystems.
  • Experience scoping and overseeing the quality of work performed by others (either direct reports or contingent workers)
  • Deep knowledge of:
  • Workday Integrations
  • Workday Studio
  • Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
  • Workday APIs and Web Services
  • Core Connectors
  • PECI and payroll integrations
  • XML, XSLT, JSON, and REST/SOAP APIs
  • SQL and data analysis techniques
  • Experience integrating Workday with third-party HR, payroll, benefits, identity management, and enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday Integration Certification(s).
  • Experience supporting global HR operations and payroll integrations.
  • Knowledge of HR data privacy regulations and security frameworks.
  • Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or related certifications
  • Pay Range:
  • $105,575.00 - $175,924.00
  • Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
