Hiring: AVP – Operational Risk Management \| Financial Services
We are looking for an experienced AVP – Operational Risk Management professional to join our Risk team.
Reporting To: Chief Risk Officer
Experience: 7–10 Years (Financial Services / Related Industry)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational risk management frameworks, policies & procedures
- Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate operational risks across business functions
- Drive Risk & Control Assessments, KRIs monitoring, and risk reporting
- Partner with business teams, Internal Audit, and Compliance functions
- Support regulatory alignment and strengthen risk governance practices
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of Operational Risk Management frameworks
- Understanding of Basel Committee principles & COSO framework
- Experience in risk assessment, controls testing & mitigation strategies
- Certifications like FRM / PRM / CFA will be an added advantage
