AVP - Credit Execution
About This Role
- Support and lead the execution of approximately 15-20 financing transactions annually.
- Work closely with front office teams to develop high quality transaction proposals and credit applications.
- Engage directly with clients to collect information, clarify structures, and coordinate documentation requirements.
- Manage transaction timelines across product teams, legal, credit, and operations functions.
- Assist senior bankers and legal counsel in negotiating key commercial terms within financial documentation.
- Prepare detailed financial analysis and support the credit approval process.
- Coordinate with regional and international offices on cross border transactions.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, risk policies, and regulatory requirements.
