We’re Hiring \| Aviation Security Instructor
We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Aviation Security Instructor to join our team.
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality aviation security training programs, ensuring compliance with national and international aviation security standards, and supporting the continuous development of security awareness and operational excellence within a regulated aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional aviation security training programs in accordance with approved regulatory frameworks and industry standards
- Develop, update, and enhance training materials, presentations, assessments, and instructional content
- Conduct classroom sessions, workshops, practical exercises, and trainee evaluations effectively and professionally
- Ensure all training activities are aligned with aviation security regulations, compliance requirements, and operational procedures
- Monitor trainee performance and provide detailed feedback, assessments, and recommendations
- Maintain accurate training records, reports, certifications, and documentation
- Support internal compliance initiatives, audits, and aviation security awareness programs
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient planning and execution of training schedules and activities
- Stay up to date with aviation security regulations, emerging risks, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Security Management, Education, or any related field
- Certified National or International Aviation Security Instructor certification is mandatory
- Proven experience in aviation security training, instructional delivery, and compliance environments
- Strong knowledge of aviation security regulations, procedures, and international best practices
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Strong organizational, reporting, and documentation capabilities
- Ability to work within a highly regulated and professional environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and training management systems
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience within aviation authorities, airports, airlines, or regulated aviation organizations
- Additional aviation security or instructional certifications will be considered an advantage
