Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aviation Safety Management System (SMS) In-Charge located in Jeddah.
- The In-Charge will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the aviation Safety Management System.
- Monitoring and analyzing safety performance indicators.
- Conducting safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Coordinating and delivering safety training programs.
- Ensuring compliance with national (GACA) and international (ICAO, EASA, FAA) aviation safety regulations.
- Collaborating with technical and operational departments to resolve safety-related issues and promote a strong safety culture.
- Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance (A&P) or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven work experience in:
- Aircraft maintenance, OR
- Occupational safety and health, particularly as an inspector or accident investigator.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of aviation safety standards and regulations (ICAO SMS, GACA, ISO 45001 preferred).
- Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple safety-related tasks.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Certification: Aviation safety, Occupational safety, and Quality Audit certifications are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼5,500.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
