We are seeking an experienced Aviation Recruiter with a proven track record in recruiting Pilots, Cabin Crew, Aircraft Engineers, Ground Operations Staff, and other aviation professionals.
This role is purely for candidates with direct aviation recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit aviation professionals including Pilots, Cabin Crew, Aircraft Engineers, Ground Operations Staff, Maintenance Personnel, and Aviation Support Professionals.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, aviation databases, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct headhunting techniques.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct candidate interviews and competency assessments.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill aviation positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients regarding recruitment requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports, hiring updates, and pipeline reports.
- Meet recruitment KPIs and placement targets.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Aviation Recruitment experience.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting Pilots and/or Cabin Crew.
- Experience recruiting aviation professionals such as:
- Pilots
- Cabin Crew
- Aircraft Engineers
• Aviation Technical Personnel
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing methods.
- Experience managing multiple aviation vacancies simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salary
AED 7,000 – AED 7,500 per month
Performance Bonus
- AED 100 per Cabin Crew placement
- AED 250 per Pilot placement
- AED 150 per Engineering placement
Notice Period
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
