We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Jet Charter Sales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, including corporations, high-net-worth individuals, and travel agencies.
  • Respond to charter inquiries, providing accurate and timely quotes to clients based on their specific travel needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and proactive follow-up.
  • Coordinate with flight operations and ground services to ensure a seamless and personalized travel experience for clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, sales activities, and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the aviation or luxury travel industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations, aircraft types, and industry standards is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Be prepared to work outside of standard business hours

  • Utilize search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to improve visibility and search rankings.
  • Stay informed about industry news, trends, and competitor content to identify opportunities for new content and maintain a fresh perspective.
  • Engage with readers through comments and social media, fostering a sense of community and promoting the JetFinder brand.
