Key Responsibilities
1-Manage influencer relationships: Continuously research Micro & Macro Influencers and specialized advertising pages, updating a comprehensive database with their contact numbers, prices, and engagement rates.
2-Logistical coordination: Schedule advertising dates accurately, coordinate the sending of product samples, or prepare branches to receive influencers, ensuring that advertising materials (discount codes, links, texts) reach them before the advertisement.
3-Contract and document management: Review and draft agreements and specific terms for each campaign (setting publication time, duration of advertisement, required outputs) and follow up on them.
Financial tracking: Coordinate with the finance department to transfer payments to influencers on agreed dates and document records.
4-Monitoring execution and reporting: Track influencer accounts during the campaign launch to ensure compliance with terms, then collect screenshots and statistics after the advertisement ends (views, clicks, use of discount code) and submit a detailed report to management to measure campaign success.
Qualifications And Required Skills
1-Communication and negotiation skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a diplomatic and tactful approach, and a strong ability to negotiate prices and terms in favor of the company.
2-Organization and accuracy: Exceptional time management skills, ability to handle data schedules (Excel / Google Sheets), and the capacity to monitor multiple influencers simultaneously without overlap.
3-Quick problem-solving: High flexibility and quick response in case of any unforeseen circumstances (such as a delay of the influencer in publishing or an error in the advertisement link).

Photographer & Videographer & Video Editor & Motion Graphics
Key Responsibilities
1-Cinematography: Capture products, models, live coverage inside company branches, and events with high professional quality (video and photography).
2-Editing and video production: Edit and modify filmed video clips in a dynamic, fast, and attractive style that serves marketing and sales objectives.
3-Social media content creation: Produce and edit quick main videos compatible with platform trends (TikTok, Reels, Snapchat).
4-Sound and color engineering: Perform color correction and sound engineering (adding appropriate sound effects and music).
5-Lighting and scene direction: Professionally handle lighting and sound equipment and distribute them in filming locations to ensure the best quality output.
Skills & Tools
1-Software: Mastery of Adobe tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).
2-Equipment: Excellent experience in handling modern Mirrorless / DSLR cameras, gimbal equipment, and wireless lighting and sound systems.

Key Responsibilities
-Visual identity: Develop and build visual identities and logos (Branding & Visual Identity).
-Social media design: Create creative designs for various social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, etc.) that align with marketing plans and visual identity.
-Prints and packaging: Design promotional and printed materials (company profile, brochures, flyers, roll-ups) along with packaging design if required.
-Image editing and retouching: Professionally process and edit photographic images to fit the overall identity.

Adobe InDesign: for organizing company files, magazines, and multi-page profiles.
Motion graphics software: (Adobe Premiere / After Effects) for creating and editing short videos and designing simple motion graphics for use in branch screens and more.

Deep experience in PHP
Strong experience in the Laravel framework
Building and developing integrated systems using RESTful APIs
