Role overview
Oversee daily operations at an auto services workshop.
Ensure efficient workflow, on-time vehicle delivery, high-quality service, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day workshop operations.
- Allocate tasks and manage schedules for technicians and mechanics to ensure timely job completion.
- Ensure repair and maintenance work meets high standards and promised deadlines.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality control across service jobs.
- Coordinate with the parts department to minimize delays and ensure parts availability.
- Enforce safety standards and comply with regulatory and company policies.
- Communicate service progress and delivery times to customers; resolve customer concerns or complaints.
- Supervise and evaluate workshop staff performance.
- Prioritize timely vehicle delivery.
Experience and role requirements
- Five years of workshop managing experience is required.
