We’re currently looking for a Red Seal Certified Automotive Technician to join our high-performing Bannister Hyundai Chilliwack service team. If you’re a motivated professional who values quality, teamwork, and continuous development, this might be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance according to OEM standards

Accurately complete multi-point inspections and recommend required services

Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure clear and effective communication with customers

Complete repair orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship

Conduct post-repair test drives and quality control checks

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Support the team through collaboration and mentorship

Red Seal Certified Automotive Technician (Journeyman)

Proven experience in diagnostics, electrical, and mechanical systems

High attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first time

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, team-based shop environment

Proficiency with diagnostic equipment, repair software, and OEM tools

Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract

Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week), with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
