G FORCE Automotive Workshop seeks an Automotive Service Advisor & Workshop Coordinator to manage customer relationships and coordinate daily workshop operations.
The workshop specializes in Mercedes-Benz, BMW, AMG, and European luxury and performance vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand vehicle concerns, and manage communication from reception through delivery.
- Create job cards, assign and coordinate repairs with technicians, and monitor work to meet schedules.
- Prepare quotations, explain repairs, obtain approvals, and coordinate with spare parts to avoid delays.
- Schedule appointments, manage delivery timelines, and ensure quality-control inspections before delivery.
- Provide regular customer updates and professionally resolve complaints.
- Prepare daily reports covering workshop progress, pending vehicles, and technician productivity.
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic and English speaking, reading, and writing skills are mandatory.
- At least 3 years of Automotive Service Advisor or Workshop Coordinator experience.
- Previous experience with Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and European vehicles is highly preferred.
- Strong automotive technical knowledge and understanding of repair procedures.
- Strong customer service, communication, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to coordinate technicians, manage multiple vehicles, and work under pressure in a busy workshop.
- Good computer skills and experience with workshop management systems.
