Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor located in Dubai.
The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing vehicle maintenance recommendations, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating automotive repairs, providing top-notch customer service, and effective communication with customers.
Ensure quality control by supervising technicians, team performance, and work schedules.
Order required parts and ensured timely availability, collect payments and maintain accurate service records.
Qualifications
· Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
· Effective Communication skills
· 5 years' experience in the automotive industry
· Certification in Automotive Technology or related field
· Multi language is a plus
· UAE driving licence must
