Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused **Automotive Service Advisor** to join our workshop team.
The ideal candidate will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring smooth service operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service or repair needs
- Prepare job cards, service estimates, and invoices
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
- Explain repair work, costs, and timelines clearly to customers
- Follow up with customers on job status and delivery
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service feedback professionally
- Upsell value-added services when appropriate
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop is preferred
- Good knowledge of vehicle repairs and service processes
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer skills (job cards, invoicing, workshop software)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple jobs
- English required; additional languages are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
