Role overview
Service Advisor role in a multi-brand workshop in Al Ain.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of automotive workshop experience is required; the description also specifies 5 to 6 years in the automotive industry or a similar role.
- Broad-based knowledge to serve as a reliable consultant is essential.
- Arabic is explicitly required. The description also calls for fluent Arabic and English and strong English communication skills.
- ITI or diploma is preferred.
- Vocational school certification or completion of an apprenticeship is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ask questions and promptly record customer requests; collect accurate complaint symptoms and clarify requests with empathy.
- Check workshop capacity and promise delivery times.
- Check that invoices match work performed.
- Notify customers when work is complete, agree on pickup times, explain completed work and invoices, and guide customers to the cashier.
- Promote value-added services and resolve customer concerns promptly to support satisfaction.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month; incentives are mentioned.
