About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and develop our automotive sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, deep automotive market knowledge, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This role is responsible for driving showroom performance, managing the sales team, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the company’s strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, lead conversion rates, and team performance.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and professional client handling.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and digital sales activities.
  • Oversee vehicle inventory movement and support stock planning decisions.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
  • Train and coach sales consultants on negotiation, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Build strong relationships with financing companies, fleet clients, and strategic partners.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and dealership operations is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
