Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Automotive Sales Executive to join our showroom team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, presenting vehicles, and driving sales performance while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Present vehicle features, specifications, and benefits professionally
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
- Conduct timely follow-up calls with potential and existing customers
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to support repeat business
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in automotive showroom sales or related field
- Fluent in **English and Arabic** (spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of automotive products and industry
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
