BDC Sales Representative – Lincoln of Bloomington

The BDC Sales Representative at Lincoln of Bloomington is responsible for delivering an exceptional first impression and luxury customer experience for every guest who contacts our dealership.

This position serves as a primary point of contact for incoming phone calls, internet inquiries, and sales opportunities.

The BDC Sales Representative will identify customer needs, build relationships, follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and help connect clients with the appropriate Lincoln Sales Consultant.

• Deliver a professional, timely, and personalized customer experience consistent with the Lincoln brand and the standards of Lincoln of Bloomington.
• Respond promptly to incoming phone calls, internet leads, text messages, and other customer inquiries.
• Identify each client's needs and interests while creating opportunities for new and pre-owned vehicle sales presentations.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients through consistent follow-up and communication.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the showroom and coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Work closely with the BDC Manager, Sales Managers, and Sales Consultants to ensure all sales opportunities are properly managed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer information, communication history, follow-up activities, and appointment notes in the CRM.
• Complete assigned outbound calls, follow-up campaigns, prospecting activities, and other communication tasks.
• Follow up with unsold showroom traffic, internet leads, missed appointments, and other sales opportunities.
• Cross-train and support all BDC functions, including internet lead management, inbound calls, outbound prospecting, appointment setting, and customer follow-up.
• Stay current on Lincoln vehicles, new products, features, technology, accessories, and customer benefits.
• Promote opportunities to provide an exceptional ownership experience and represent Lincoln of Bloomington with professionalism at all times.
• Meet or exceed established goals for customer contact, appointments, appointment confirmations, and sales opportunities.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, privacy requirements, and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and other digital platforms.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and effectively use CRM and dealership software.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set, manage, and achieve individual and team goals.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Basic math skills.
• Previous automotive, sales, customer service, or BDC experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
