Hiring: Receptionist

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM

Reports to: Sales Manager and General Manager

Onsite in Ames, Iowa

Greet customers and visitors in a warm manner

Answer incoming phone calls promptly, transferring calls efficiently

Respond to voicemails and job leads in a timely manner

Take clear, accurate messages and relay them to the appropriate team member

Keep the reception area organized and welcoming

Maintain accurate records of vehicles arriving and departing the facility

Scanning and other supportive administrative tasks

Support the team with other duties as needed

1+ years of experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, automotive, or a related customer-facing role.

Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to creating positive customer experiences.

Professional telephone skills and confidence handling a high volume of inbound calls.
