Precision Tune Auto Care is looking for skilled Automotive Mechanics/Technicians who are ready to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles while delivering top-notch customer service. Troubleshoot and repair braking, suspension, engine, electrical, HVAC, and emissions systems

Walk customers through what's going on with their vehicle in plain terms

Keep your bay organized and your workflow moving efficiently

Follow shop safety protocols and company standards at all times

Mentor or assist fellow techs when extra hands are needed

Keep certifications current and stay sharp on new repair techniques

High school diploma or GED

At least 6 months of hands-on experience as a certified mechanic/technician

4 current ASE certifications: Brakes and Steering/Suspension are required, plus two more from A1, A6, A7, A8, or L1 (bonus points for extras)

Solid communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including some weekends and holidays

Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs

Able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and reach throughout your shift

Capable of operating vehicles and using basic computer/service software
