About This Role
Overview
Relevant Experience in the automotive field minimum of 2 years.
A basic understanding of automobile technology and the automobile industry.
Basic customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management.
Promptness in receiving/greeting customers, understand their needs.
Provide feedback to customer for additional repairs, delayed delivery time and obtain approvals.
Ensure job cards are closed on time
Ensure car is cleaned and ready for delivery as per the promised date and set time.
Develop and maintain long term relationship to enhance customer retention.
Handle customer complaints on priority and bring it to the notice of the superiors.
Attend customer queries promptly.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 experience of in the automotive field
Valid UAE driving license
Good communication skills in English (Must)
Knowledge of additional languages are advantageous (Arabic, Hindi, etc.)
Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
