(Position Overview)

BAIC International is seeking an experienced and well-connected Fleet Sales Manager to lead and expand our fleet and government sales operations in Saudi Arabia.

This role is critical to BAIC’s growth strategy, focusing on high-volume sales to corporate fleets, government entities, and key institutional clients.

The ideal candidate will have deep local market knowledge, proven relationships with decision-makers, and a track record of delivering results in the Saudi automotive sector.

This position reports directly to the Country Sales Director and works closely with marketing, aftersales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic fleet sales plan to achieve volume and revenue targets for BAIC vehicles across Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure high-value fleet deals with government ministries, semi-government entities, corporate fleets, rental companies, and ride-hailing operators.
  • Leverage existing government and corporate relationships to open new accounts and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes including proposal development, pricing negotiations, contract management, and closing.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as aftersales, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth vehicle delivery, registration, and payment terms for fleet clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and public sector procurement cycles to proactively identify opportunities.
  • Represent BAIC at industry events, government tenders, and client meetings to enhance brand credibility and visibility in the fleet segment.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-5 years of fleet sales or B2B automotive sales experience in Saudi Arabia, specifically within the automotive industry.
  • Proven network: Strong, verifiable relationships with government entities (e.g., ministries, municipalities, authorities) and large private sector fleet operators in KSA.
  • Local market expertise: Deep understanding of Saudi procurement processes, fleet customer needs, and automotive sales regulations.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and contract management skills. Ability to work independently and close complex, high-value deals.
  • Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Tech proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales forecasting systems.
  • Driving license: Valid KSA driving license is required.
