Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to deliver a refined, professional client experience at our premium and luxury automotive workshop in Dubai.
In this role, you will represent the workshop at the service reception, engaging with discerning clients, accurately recording vehicle concerns, and coordinating closely with technicians to ensure clear, precise repair communication.
Responsibilities
include explaining service recommendations and costs, managing customer inquiries, conducting follow-up calls, and supporting quality control standards, including road testing where required.
The ideal candidate brings experience in automotive customer service or service advisory, sound knowledge of spare parts, and confidence using Microsoft Excel and workshop management systems.
A basic understanding of electric vehicles is required, reflecting the evolving premium automotive landscape.
Beyond customer service responsibilities, this position will also oversee the general daily operations of the workshop and facility, ensuring smooth coordination across the front-of-house, workshop activity, technicians, housekeeping, drivers and support functions.
The role will monitor operational standards, resolve day-to-day issues, and provide regular updates and reports to management on workflow, service quality, facility readiness, and any operational concerns.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing and operational role within a premium or luxury automotive environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Other languages are an advantage)
- Valid UAE light vehicle driver’s license
- Professional presentation, ability to manage high-value clientele and daily workshop activities
