Automotive Car Paint - Salesman

About This Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Salesman with a strong background in Automotive Car Paint products and solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining client relationships, and promoting automotive paint products to garages, workshops, dealerships, and automotive service centers.

Key Responsibilities:

● Promote and sell automotive car paint products, coatings, primers, and related materials.

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

● Visit garages, workshops, and automotive clients regularly to understand their requirements.

● Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.

● Provide product demonstrations and technical information to customers when required.

● Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales effectively.

● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

● Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely product delivery.

● Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.

Requirements:

●Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in Automotive Car Paint or related automotive products.

●Good knowledge of automotive paint systems, mixing ratios, and refinishing products.

● Strong communication and negotiation skills.

● UAE driving license preferred.

●Ability to achieve targets and work independently.

●Knowledge of the UAE automotive market is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.

● Experience working with automotive paint brands or suppliers.

Salary: To be discussed during the interview.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
