Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Salesman** with a strong background in **Automotive Car Paint** products and solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining client relationships, and promoting automotive paint products to garages, workshops, dealerships, and automotive service centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell automotive car paint products, coatings, primers, and related materials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Visit garages, workshops, and automotive clients regularly to understand their requirements.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical information to customers when required.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely product delivery.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in Automotive Car Paint or related automotive products.
- Good knowledge of automotive paint systems, mixing ratios, and refinishing products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- UAE driving license preferred.
- Ability to achieve targets and work independently.
- Knowledge of the UAE automotive market is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience working with automotive paint brands or suppliers.
- Salary: To be discussed during the interview.
- Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
