The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, programming, and testing automotive electronic control units (ECUs) and related vehicle electronic systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair ECU, TCU, BCM, ABS, and other automotive electronic modules.
- Perform ECU programming, coding, cloning, and adaptation.
- Troubleshoot vehicle electrical systems and CAN Bus communication networks.
- Conduct component-level repairs on ECU circuit boards.
- Use diagnostic and testing equipment to identify and resolve faults.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain repair records.
- Support workshop operations with advanced technical expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ECU repair and automotive diagnostics.
- Strong knowledge of automotive electronics and electrical systems.
- Experience with ECU programming and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with commercial vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment is an advantage.
