- 🎯 The Role
- We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Manager to lead our test automation strategy and quality engineering initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable automation frameworks, lead a QA automation team, and ensure robust testing coverage across all software products and releases.
- 🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of automation test engineers and QA specialists
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks
- Define automation strategy, standards, and best practices across projects
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance
- Oversee functional, regression, integration, and performance automation testing
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure release quality
- Identify test gaps and continuously improve test coverage and efficiency
- Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution processes
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Evaluate and implement modern testing tools and frameworks
- ✅ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, QA automation, or test engineering
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
- Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
